Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 July 2026
By using daemongrey.co you agree to what follows. It is short, and none of it is unusual.
Who runs this site
This site is operated by Daemon Grey, a solo recording artist based in Brantford, Ontario, Canada, whose recorded music is released through Out Of Line Music. References to "we" and "us" mean that operation.
Content and copyright
The music, recordings, lyrics, artwork, photographs, logos and written articles on this site are protected by copyright and are owned by Daemon Grey or licensed to him, except where a third party is credited. You may read, link to and share this site freely. You may not republish articles in full, use the photographs or logos commercially, or use any of this material to train a commercial product without written permission.
Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome and does not require permission.
Editorial guides
The genre guides published here name and discuss other artists and their recordings. Those artists' names, trademarks and recordings belong to their respective owners; they are referenced for commentary, education and criticism. Where an artist from this site appears in a guide, it is disclosed openly in the text of that guide.
Historical claims are sourced, and where a widely repeated claim could not be traced to a reliable original, the guides say so rather than repeating it. If you believe something here is wrong, tell us through the get in touch here and we will correct it.
Links to other sites
This site links to streaming services, shops and reference sources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it.
Purchases
No sale is completed on this site. Music and merchandise are sold by Bandcamp and by the Out Of Line online shop, and any order, payment, delivery or refund is governed by that seller's terms, not ours.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error free or uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows when that last happened.
